Tasks come from each client's SOPs (admin-edited via Supabase). A task cleared after its window records as LATE with the real time — not as a miss. Critical tasks never cleared are escalated to the SEN Ops Mgt Escalation Telegram group by the SENTINEL server after the grace period (default 15 min), even if this page is closed.
